An impressive woman. Her heritage actually had an underlying impact on her. Her desire to give back to the community she came from through film is quite entrepreneurial.
"I just wanted to put my energy into something that I cared about, have the freedom to experiment with different ideas and work with exciting people."
"The films that I really like are the films that, when I watch them, I experience a shift of perception. I feel like, This is something that I’ve never experienced before in storytelling and it’s really true to life.”
